The research subjects were students of Class VIII C MTsN Kediri II, and data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the lecture method gradually increased students’ understanding, enthusiasm, and readiness to learn. Students became more active in participating in lessons, more focused, and able to complete tasks and evaluations effectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that a structured application of the lecture method is effective in improving students’ understanding in the SKI subject.
